The guide uses your phone’s GPS. As you walk toward a monument (like the Parthenon), the audio triggers and plays automatically. You don’t have to scroll through a list; just walk and listen.
Surprisingly, no. Unlike other apps that play heavy MP3 files, this guide uses Text-to-Speech. In real-world testing at the Acropolis, it used only about 3% battery in 30 minutes.
